Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Mek Laden and Lokalbau.

3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices.

4. Delivery
We deliver within Germany and to selected European countries.

5. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or Klarna.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.

8. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
